Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter Victoria found dead at hotel on New Year’s Day

The daughter of Hollywood actor Tommy Lee Jones was found dead at a hotel on New Year’s Day.

Victoria Jones is reported to have been found unresponsive at a hotel in San Francisco on 1 January after suffering a medical emergency, according to a report from TMZ.

The incident was confirmed by the San Francisco Fire Department, who said paramedics had been called to the city’s upmarket Fairmont hotel at 2:52 am.

According to the Fire Department, an assessment was carried out upon arrival at the scene, leading to the individual being declared deceased (via People).

“On 1/1/26 at approximately 3:14 am, San Francisco Police officers responded to a hotel located on the 900 block of Mason street regarding a report of a deceased person,” a spokesperson for the force told MailOnline.

The statement continued: “At the scene, officers met with medics, who declared the adult female deceased. The Medical Examiner arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SFPD at 415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the message with SFPD.”

An investigation into the 34-year-old’s death is currently underway, with her cause of death to be determined by the county medical examiner.

According to NBC Bay Area, while a cause of death has yet to be determined, foul play isn’t suspected.

Who was Victoria Jones?

Born Victoria Kafka Jones on September 3, 1991, she was the second and youngest child of Jones and his second wife Kimberlea Cloughley. The former couple also share a 42-year-old son, Austin.

Victoria shared her father’s passion for acting, carving out a career as a child actor with small roles in the early 2000s.

This included an episode of One Tree Hill and the 2006 Western film The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada.

However, her most notable role came in 2002, when she appeared in Men in Black II alongside her father.

Although she later stepped away from acting, Victoria was often seen attending red-carpet events alongside her father, the pair appearing together at numerous film festivals over the years.

Speaking about Victoria’s budding acting career back in 2006, in an interview with The New Yorker, Jones heaped praise on her acting abilities, saying: “She’s a good actress, has her Sag card, speaks impeccable Spanish.”

Revealing where she’d picked up the skills for a second language, he added: “When she was a baby, I told Leticia, her nurse, to speak to her in Spanish.”

LADbible Group has approached the San Francisco Police Department, the Medical Examiner’s Office, the Fire Department and representatives of Tommy Lee Jones for comment.

Defence lawyer explains ‘why D4vd hasn’t been arrested’ after body was found in his Tesla

The body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez was discovered back in September

A defence lawyer has explained why rapper D4vd has not been arrested after the dismembered body of a teenage girl was discovered in the boot of his car.

Earlier this year, the decomposing remains of missing US teenager Celeste Rivas Hernandez were discovered inside the front boot of an impounded Tesla registered to singer and rapper D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, in a Los Angeles tow yard.

It later emerged that Celeste had been reported missing in May 2024, over a year before her body was found, and that she was likely 15-years-old when she died.

Authorities have been unable to determine a cause of death for the teenager, with the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office receiving a court order barring any records from being released to the public.

An investigation into her death is still ongoing.

As the owner of the car where Celeste’s body was recovered, Burke has been investigated by the LAPD over potential involvement in the teenager’s death, but he has not been listed as a murder suspect or formally charged.

Now defence attorney Mark Geragos has come forward to explain why the 20-year-old has not been arrested or charged, telling Fox News he believes that law enforcement haven’t found video evidence linking Burke to Celeste’s remains being placed in his car.

“I think if they had tape, whether surrounding Ring cameras or surveillance cameras or Tesla cameras, that showed D4vd actually placing the body in the trunk and they could pin that to the time of death I don’t think we’d still be waiting,” he said.

Geragos comments come as TMZ reported that Burke was ‘likely’ to face murder charges.

What do we know about the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez?

Celeste’s remains were recovered from the front boot of D4vd’s Tesla on 8 September 2025. Her body was found after reports of a foul odor coming from an impounded Tesla belonging to Burke.

The child of El Salvadoran immigrants, she lived in Lake Elsinore and had been reported missing on 24 May, 2024 after running away from home the previous month.

As well as being found in the trunk of Burke’s car, she is understood to have had a tattoo reading ‘Shhh…’ on her index finger, which is nearly identical to one which the singer has.

Details surrounding her death have not been released to the public, with the LAPD forced to issue a statement last month debunking claims that her body had been decapitated or frozen (via ABC7).

A previous update from September confirmed the teenager had likely been ‘deceased for several weeks’ before her body was discovered.

Mystery as Irish backpacker, 21, found dead inside hotel room on Thai island

A backpacker from Ireland has been found dead inside his hotel room on the island of Koh Tao, Thailand.

The body of Robby Kinlan, 21, was discovered by a friend at the BaanTao Bungalow resort on 9 January at around 11am local time.

According to police, he was ‘only wearing boxer shorts’ while holding his phone in one hand as it was charging.

Kinlan was staying in Koh Tao, known by locals as ‘Death Island’, which is 250 miles of Thai capital Bangkok. The island was given that name due to its reputation for murders and mystery deaths.

His body is waiting to be sent to mainland for a post mortem examination.

“Rest in peace my precious son Robby,” Kinlan’s mother, Tracy King from Clare in Munster, Ireland, said on GoFundMe. “He is resting in this beautiful Temple in Koh Tao, Thailand, before his removal back to Ireland.”

“I’m heartbroken and overwhelmed and so very grateful for all the kindness being shown to us at this time. Thanks to all friends and family.

“Robby wasn’t just a friend – he was the kind of person who lit up every room with his kindness and warmth. He was always the first to help others, putting their needs before his own without a second thought.

“In Thailand, he was surrounded by many friends and he was living his dream, spending his days doing what he loved – freediving and scuba diving in the place that made him happy.

“Now, we want to honor Robby in the best way we can by helping his mum and family. We want to give everyone the chance to say their goodbyes and celebrate the incredible person he was.”

Lieutenant Colonel Theeraphat Sanjai added: “The death seems to be acute heart failure. We are preparing to send the body for an autopsy, but the reason we haven’t been able to send it yet is due to the high waves on Koh Tao at the moment.

“We need to wait for the situation with the waves to subside before we can coordinate with the rescue team, boat, and vehicle to transport the body to the forensic department in Surat Thani Hospital. We also want to conduct the autopsy as soon as possible to determine the exact cause of death.”

Sanjai said when they got there, the staff couldn’t open the door because it was locked from the inside.

“They had to find a way to climb in and discovered that he had died in the room. The room had not been broken into or searched, and there were no signs of any assault. He died alone in the room.”

“Currently, the body is still at Koh Tao. We have not yet received any contact from his relatives. The embassy is in touch with them, and we are still waiting for communication from his family.

“When he passed away, he was still lying in bed, charging his phone and holding it in his hand, as if he had been using it when he died. He was only wearing boxer shorts. We could not see what was on the phone.

“There were no alcoholic beverages found in his room, though we’re not sure if he had been drinking from outside. We have reported the matter to the Irish Embassy in Bangkok.”

LADbible Group has contacted the Irish Embassy for comment.

Man involved in Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee sex tape leak speaks out after nearly 30 years

Cort St. George, a former consultant at Internet Entertainment Group (IEG), helped distribute the tape in the late 90s

A man involved in the release of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s infamous sex tape has spoken out publicly to ‘clear his conscience’.

Cort St. George, a former consultant at Internet Entertainment Group (IEG), has lifted the lid nearly thirty years after the tape was stolen and distributed.

In 1997, he sold the couple’s private video to IEG founder Seth Warshavsky, after he was introduced to the tape by a friend who had obtained a copy from another studio executive.

The original recording was made in 1995 during Pamela and Tommy’s honeymoon at Lake Mead, and the footage was kept in a safe at their home.

However, the safe ended up getting stolen by disgruntled workers Tommy had fired.

The couple only discovered the theft in early 1996, by which duplicates had already circulated.

Appearing in A&E’s documentary Secrets of Celebrity Sex Tapes, St. George reflected expressed remorse over his actions.

“I was flabbergasted by what we saw. I just started working as a consultant at IEG in Seattle and I said this guy will probably want this video,” he said.

St. George claimed he called the founder of the adult film company and asked him if he would be interested in buying the tape.

“He said yes. I go, let me see if he’ll give us $10,000. I couldn’t really believe that Seth was willing to pay for it,” St. George went on.

“Now I know why he was willing to pay for it actually, he just wanted my signature on the dotted line in case the s**t hit the fan he had somebody to blame.”

Seth’s legal team provided Pamela and Tommy with ‘limited contract’, something the model regretted signing.

A court ordered IEG to pay the pair $740,000 each, but they reportedly never received the fee.

“I know firsthand that Pamela and Tommy made not one dime off that video,” St. George insisted. “They didn’t demand any money, I know they turned down money.

“They fought so hard against it and it did so much damage in their life and that’s again why I’ve done this interview and some other interviews just to make sure the story’s straight.”

Pamela got hitched to the Mötley Crüe drummer back February 1995, just four days after they first met – going on to divorce in 1998.

“There was Tommy and then there was nobody else,” Anderson told People in 2015. “We had a wild and crazy beginning that was too much for both of us.

“I had beautiful children with him. My kids are grateful to be born out of true love. Everything else I was trying to piece together.”

They share two children together Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27.

“Brandon and Dylan are true miracles, considering their gene pool,” she wrote in her memoir Love, Pamela. “They have been through so much, yet they are not full of holes.

“They saved me. I don’t want to put that on my kids, but having children changed everything. I’ve loved every moment.”
